This website is provided for general information. Content, images, project photos, and copy may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission from IC Moderno LLC.
Estimates and Quotes
Free estimates are provided based on the information shared with us during consultation. Final pricing may change if scope, materials, or site conditions change after a written estimate is issued. All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Service Agreement
All work performed by IC Moderno LLC is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties before work begins. That agreement controls scope of work, payment schedule, materials, timeline, change orders, and warranty terms.
Payments
Payment terms, deposits, and schedules are outlined in your individual project agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees as defined in that agreement.
Warranty
IC Moderno LLC stands behind the quality of our workmanship. Warranty coverage, duration, and exclusions are detailed in your project agreement. Manufacturer warranties on materials and fixtures apply separately and are the responsibility of the manufacturer.
Cancellations and Changes
Project changes, additions, or cancellations after work has been scheduled may result in change-order fees or restocking fees on materials already purchased. We will always confirm any changes in writing before they affect your invoice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Massachusetts law, IC Moderno LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Governing Law
